After a great 29 year run at one dealership, in 2012 Rob decided to start his own performance shop, 2 Boss Performance. 2 Boss Performance experienced exceptional growth at our New Berlin location and moved into our current location in Muskego, WI. As we continue to grow in this facility, we continue to strive to find ways to create new customer experiences with exceptional care.
2 Boss Performance is a company that can help from the beginning, middle, to end. From consultation of ordering the correct parts, to have them professionally installed, and finally having your motorcycle tuned to perform at its best. Most dealerships and custom shops can only do some of these things, but not all. For the best experience from start to completion, we can accommodate all of your needs on your American v-twin. Expert staffing is important to us and everyone in the correct position has been professionally trained. To this day, we believe in the total customer experience and total customer satisfaction.

Manny has been working in the motorcycle industry since 1997 and has been riding motorcycles since he was 13 years old; so, a very longtime.
Manny started his career as a technician’s assistant back in 1997 at Cycles Unlimited, then service writer/warranty administrator for Ducati/Husqvarna/Cagiva/Honda at Lake Country Powersports.
Manny then became parts manager at Integrity Motorsports and then later became assistant parts department manager at Don & Roy’s Motorsports. Manny joined Indian Motorcycle of Metro Milwaukee in November 2017 after speaking to Rob during a Demo Days event.
Manny is our parts & accessories department manager along with warranty administrator. Manny likes working at Indian Motorcycle of Metro Milwaukee because, “Indian Motorcycles and Royal Enfield motorcycles are changing the industry and I love being a part of that. Knowing that I help our customer have an awesome weekend, a road trip or even just make their bike look or run the way they want makes me feel good at the end of the day. As for motorcycles, there is just no better feeling than riding down a twisty country road taking it all in and having all the stress of the week disappear in that moment. I love working here because as cliche as it may sound, we really are a family here at Indian Motorcycle of Metro Milwaukee. We all enjoy each other’s company both on and off the clock.”
Outside of work Manny loves riding motorcycles of all types, fishing, the outdoors (hiking, camping, etc), movies, making custom vinyl decals and wraps.
